The TLV49641M is an integrated Hall-effect switch designed for high-precision applications with excellent supply voltage capability, operating temperature range and magnetic threshold temperature stability.

It is well suited for a variety of position detection applications. With a supply voltage range from 3.0 V to 32 V, it has an overvoltage capability of up to 42 V (e.g., load sag) and requires no external resistors, making it ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
