The HMC629ALP4E is a wideband 4-bit GaAs IC digital attenuator in a low-cost pinless SMT package. This versatile digital attenuator features an off-chip AC ground capacitor for near DC operation and is suitable for a variety of RF and IF applications. The dual-mode control interface is CMOS/TTL compatible and accepts 3-wire serial inputs or 4-bit parallel words.The HMC629ALP4E is available in a RoHS-compliant 4x4 mm QFN lead-free package, eliminating the need for external matching components.
