Product Description

The TMS5704357BZWTQQ1 32-bit ARM Cortex-R5-based microcontroller (MCU) is a high-performance automotive-grade microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-R. The TMS5704357BZWTQQ1 features on-chip diagnostics, including dual CPUs in lockstep and Built-In Self-Test (BIST) logic for CPUs. The device also includes an N2HET coprocessor and on-chip SRAM; ECC protection for L1 cache, L2 flash and SRAM memory. The device also supports ECC or parity protection on peripheral memories and loopback on peripheral I/O. The TMS570LC4357 integrates two ARM Cortex-R5F floating-point CPUs running in lock-step mode. This integration provides a high efficiency of 1.66 DMIPS/MHz and can operate at frequencies up to 300 MHz with performance up to 498 DMIPS.The device supports the Big End Sequence [BE32] format.
