The CY8C4147AZI-T403 is an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ microcontroller (MCU) using Multi-Sense technology. This new type of MCU integrates rich analog and digital functions, featuring 128K flash memory and 32K SRAM, and adopts Infineon's advanced Multi-Sense technology, which includes CAPSENSE™, inductive sensing and liquid level sensing functions.
