Product Description

The TMS5703137DZWTQQ1 16/32-bit RISC Flash microcontroller features a secure architecture and is a high-performance, automotive-grade microcontroller designed for use in secure systems. The secure architecture includes ECC on Flash and data SRAM, CPU and memory built-in self-test (BIST) logic, parity on peripheral memory, loop functions on peripheral I/O, and a dual-core CPU running in lock-step mode.The TMS5703137DZWTQQ1 integrates an ARM Cortex-R4F floating-point CPU, which delivers an efficient 1.66 DMIPS/MHz performance. The CPU can deliver up to 298 DMIPS of performance by using configurations up to 180 MHz. The device features 3MB of integrated Flash memory and 256KB of data RAM that supports single-bit error correction and double-bit error detection. In addition, the device features a variety of communication interfaces, including three MibSPIs, two SPIs, a LIN, an SCI, three DCANs, an I2C module, an Ethernet, and a FlexRay controller.
