The ADMV1555ACCZ is a compact in-phase quadrature (I/Q) mixer in a leadless, RoHS-compliant, surface mount technology (SMT), substrate grid array (LGA) package. The device can be used as an image rejection mixer or as a single-side upconverter.The ADMV1555ACCZ uses two standard double-balanced mixer units and a 90° mixer, and is fabricated using a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) process, eliminating the need for external components or matching circuitry. It is a smaller alternative to hybrid image suppression mixers and SSB upconverter assemblies. The RoHS-compliant ADMV1555ACCZ does not require lead bonding, allowing it to use surface-mount manufacturing techniques.
