The BTS50080-1TMA is a single-channel high voltage side power switch in a PG-TO220-7-4 package with embedded protection.

The power transistor is built from an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump. The design is based on intelligent SIPMOS on-chip technology.

The BTS50080-1TMA has a current control input that provides diagnostic feedback via load current detection and defined fault signals during overload operation, thermal shutdown, and/or short circuit shutdown.
