The LTC2984ILX measures a wide range of temperature sensors and outputs the results digitally (in °C or °F) with an accuracy of 0.1°C and a resolution of 0.001°C. The LTC2984ILX includes an excitation current source and fault detection circuitry for each temperature sensor, as well as an EEPROM for storing custom coefficients and channel configuration data.
