The BTS3256D is a single-channel, low-voltage side power switch in a PG-TO-252-5-11 package with embedded protection.

Designed for automotive and industrial applications, this HITFET™ provides excellent protection and control. The power transistor is an N-channel vertical power MOSFET, which is controlled by an intelligent power technology chip.
