The BTS5045-1EJA is a 45 mΩ single-channel intelligent high voltage side power switch in an embedded PG-DSO-8-43 EP, bare pad package with protection and diagnostic features.

The power transistors are built from N-channel vertical power MOSFETs with charge pumps. The device integrates Smart6 technology. It is designed to drive lamps and LEDs up to 1 * P27W/P21W in harsh automotive environments.
