The LTC5576IUF is a highly linear active mixer optimized for upconversion applications that require very wide input bandwidth, low distortion and low LO leakage. Integrated output transformers, while optimized for 4GHz to 6GHz applications, can easily be retuned for output frequencies as low as 3GHz or as high as 8GHz with only a slight degradation in performance. The input is optimized for the use of a 1:1 transmission line balanced-unbalanced transformer, resulting in very broadband impedance matching.
The LTC5576IUF is optimized for 5V power supplies, but a 3.3V power supply is also available (with slightly reduced performance). The enable function makes it easy to shut down the device for further power savings.
