The HMC1063LP3E is a compact I/Q MMIC mixer in a "lead-free" SMT package that can be used as an image rejection mixer or single sideband inverter. The mixer uses two standard Hittite double-balanced mixer units and a 90-degree mixing device, both manufactured using the GaAs Schottky diode process. Low frequency orthogonal hybrid devices are used to produce 1,000 MHz LSB IF output. The HMC1063LP3E is a small alternative to hybrid image rejection mixers and single-sideband frequency converter components.

HMC1063LP3E has the following key features:
