The LTC5551IUF is a 2.5V to 3.6V mixer optimized for RF downconversion mixer applications that require very high dynamic range. The LTC5551IUF covers the RF frequency range from 300MHz to 3.5GHz and the LO frequency range from 200MHz to 3.5GHz.

The LTC5551IUF features very high IIP3 and P1dB and low power consumption. A typical application of this device is a base station receiver covering the 700MHz to 2.7GHz frequency range. RF inputs can be matched to a wide range of frequencies, and IF can be used at frequencies up to 1GHz.

The LTC5551IUF#PBF is mainly used in mobile phones and GSM communication equipment as a downconversion mixer ‌.
