The ADG5401BRMZ is a single-chip industrial CMOS analog switch with a built-in anti-latch single-pole single-throw (SPST) switch. When switched on, the ADG5401BRMZ switch conducts electricity equally in both directions, and the input signal range can be extended to the supply voltage range. In the disconnected condition, the signal level at which the ADG5401BRMZ reaches the supply voltage is blocked.

The ADG5401BRMZ switch features ultra-low on-resistance and on-resistance flatness, making it an ideal solution for applications where low-distortion performance is critical for data acquisition and gain switching. The anti-latch construction and high ESD rating make these switches more stable in harsh environments.
