The ADG1412YCPZ analog switch is a single-chip complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) device with four individually selectable switches designed using the iCMOS® process. iCMOS devices can not only withstand high supply voltages, but also improve performance, significantly reduce power consumption, and reduce package size.

The ADG1412YCPZ consists of four independent single-pole single-throw (SPST) switches. The device switch is turned on by logic 1.
