The ADG1433YCPZ is a single-chip industrial CMOS (iCMOS) analog switch with three independent selectable single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switches. All channels are switched first and then closed to prevent instantaneous short circuit when switching channels. The ADG1433 provides EN inputs to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are closed. iCMOS is a modular manufacturing process that combines high-voltage CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductors) with bipolar technology.
