The LTC2664HUH-12 is a 4-channel, 12-bit, ±10V series of digital-to-analog converters with integrated precision benchmarks. These devices are guaranteed to be monotonic and have built-in rail-to-rail output buffers. These SoftSpan™ Dacs offer 5 output ranges up to ±10V. The range of each channel can be set individually, or the device can be hardware configured for operation within a fixed range.

The device has the following characteristics

High precision standard: 10ppm/ºC (Max)

Independently programmable output range: 0V to 5V, 0V to 10V, ±2.5V, ±5V, ±10V

Full 16-bit / 12-bit resolution available in all ranges

Maximum INL error: ±4LSB (at 16 bits)

A/B switching is possible through software or dedicated pins

Analog multiplexer with auxiliary input

Monotonicity is guaranteed throughout the temperature range

Internal or external benchmarks

The output drive ±10mA is guaranteed
