The AD5685RARUZ is a four-channel, 14-bit, rail-to-rail, voltage output DAC. The device has a 2.5V, 2 ppm/˚C internal reference voltage source (enabled by default) and gain selection pin, with a full scale output of 2.5V (gain =1) or 5 V (gain =2). Powered by a single supply from 2.7V to 5.5V, it is designed to ensure monotonicity and has a gain error of less than 0.1% FSR and an offset error of 1.5mV.

The AD5685R also has a power-on reset circuit and an RSTSEL pin that ensures the DAC output is powered to zero or intermediate levels until a valid write operation is performed. In addition, the device has independent power-saving characteristics for each channel, and in power-saving mode, the power consumption of the device at 3 V is reduced to 4 uA.

The AD5685R uses a multifunctional SPI interface with clock rates up to 50 MHz and includes a VLOGIC pin for a 1.8V/3V/5V logic level.
