The AD9751ASTZ is a dual-channel multiplexed port, high-speed, single-channel, 10-bit CMOS DAC. It integrates a high-quality 10-bit TxDAC+ core, a voltage reference source and digital interface circuits in a 48-pin compact LQFP package. The AD9751 provides excellent AC and DC performance while supporting update rates of up to 300 MSPS.

The AD9751 is manufactured using an advanced, low-cost 0.35µm CMOS process. It is powered by a single supply from 3.0V to 3.6V and consumes 155 mW.

4, low power consumption: Complete CMOS DAC function, using 3.0V to 3.6V single power supply, power consumption of 155 mW. The DAC full scale current can be reduced to operate with lower power consumption.

5, on-chip reference voltage source: AD9751 built-in a 1.20V temperature compensated band-gap reference voltage source.
