The RTL8762ERF-CG is an ultra-low power system-on-chip solution for Bluetooth 5.2 low energy and 2.4GHz proprietary multi-applications, combining the superior performance of a leading RF transceiver with a low-power ARM Cortex-M0+, a power management unit, an ADC, and an intelligent I/O distribution controller.

In addition, the RTL8762ERF-CG supports an analogue MIC interface with integrated sigma-delta ADC, programmable gain amplifier and microphone bias circuitry for voice command applications.

The RTL8762ERF-CG also embeds an infrared transceiver, hardware key scan and quad decoder on a single IC in a QFN package.
