The TLE4263-2ES is a single-chip integrated ultra-low differential pressure regulator designed for automotive applications in an SMD package of PG-DSO 8 exposed pads. The input voltage of up to 45 V is adjusted to the output voltage of 5.0 V. The component is capable of driving loads up to 180 mA.

The IC provides short-circuit protection through implemented current limits and has an integrated overheat shut-off function. It also provides power-on and undervoltage reset with adjustable reset thresholds, watchdog circuits for monitoring connected microcontrollers, and disable inputs for enabling or disabling components.
