The SI53156-A01AGMR is a spreading-resistant PCIe clock buffer that provides six PCIe clock sources simultaneously. The device has six hardware output enable control inputs to enable the respective differential outputs in real-time. Output enable control is also available via I2C communications, and I2C programmability can be used to dynamically control the offset, edge rate, and amplitude of true differential, complementary differential, or both differential signals at the clock outputs. This control allows for optimal signal integrity and optimal EMI characteristics of the clock output.
