NTMFD5C470NLT1G 40V dual N-channel power MOSFETs are integrated with Schottky in a DFN8 (SO8FL) package. The n-channel power MOSFET is a solution with a built-in power stage that minimizes board footprint, minimizes parasitic inductance, and reduces power consumption. This dual N-channel power MOSFET is lead-free, halogen free/BFR free and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include DC-DC converters, system voltage rails, and load points.
