The i.MX RT1064 processor has 4MB on-chip Flash and 1MB on-chip RAM. 512 KB SRAM can be flexibly configured as TCM or general-purpose on-chip RAM, while another 512 KB SRAM is general-purpose on-chip RAM. i.MX RT1064 integrates an advanced power management module with DCDC and LDO, reducing the complexity of external power supplies and simplifies power sequencing.

The i.MX RT1064 also offers a variety of memory interfaces including SDRAM, RAW NAND FLASH, NOR FLASH, SD/eMMC, Quad SPI, and a variety of other interfaces for connecting peripherals such as WLAN, Bluetooth™, GPS, display and camera sensors. i.MX RT1064 features rich audio and video capabilities. This includes an LCD display, basic 2D graphics, camera interface, SPDIF and I2S audio interface. i.MX RT1064 has analogue interfaces such as ADC, ACMP and TSC.
