The TJA1049T is the third-generation high-speed CAN transceiver introduced by NXP, offering significant performance improvements compared to first- and second-generation devices such as the TJA1040.

Wide voltage compatibility: 4.75V to 5.25V power supply, with some models (e.g., TJA1049T/3) supporting direct connection to 3V to 5V microcontrollers.
