The TPS63900 high-efficiency synchronous buck-boost converter has extremely low quiescent current (75nA typical). The device has 32 user-programmable output voltage settings (1.8V to 5V). With dynamic voltage regulation, applications can switch between the two output voltages during operation, for example, to save power by using a lower system supply voltage during standby operation.
With a wide supply voltage range and programmable input current limits (1mA to 100mA and unlimited), the TPS63900 is ideally suited for use with a wide range of primary (e.g. 3 cells alkaline, 1 cell Li-MnO2 or 1 cell Li-SOCl2) and secondary batteries. The high output current capability supports common RF standards such as sub-1-GHz, BLE, LoRa, wM-Bus and NB-IoT.
