Overview:

The AD22293Z is a high-precision, low-power, complete two-axis accelerometer that offers signal-conditioned voltage output, all integrated into a single chip IC. The device has a full scale acceleration measurement range of ±1.7 g, ±5 g, or ±18 g. The ADXL203 can measure both dynamic acceleration (such as vibration) and static acceleration (such as gravity).
