The IAM-20381HT 3-axis accelerometer is a high-performance vehicle-track level 2 accelerometer with 4096-byte FIFOs.The accelerometer is built on a CMOS-MEMS fabrication platform that integrates MEMS wafers with supporting CMOS electronics through wafer-level bonding.The IAM-20381HT accelerometer includes ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g user-programmable ranges, programmable digital filters, and an on-chip 16-bit ADC.The accelerometer is packaged in a 3mm x 3mm x 0.75mm 16-pin LGA package. The accelerometer includes a user-programmable range, programmable digital filter, embedded temperature sensor and on-chip 16-bit ADC in a 3mm x 3mm x 0.75mm 16-pin LGA package.

The IAM-20381HT accelerometer features I2C and SPI serial interfaces, 10,000g shock immunity, and a Wake-on-Motion (WoM) interrupt that allows the application processor to run at low power. The accelerometer is used for car alarms, telematics, tilt measurement, lift door motion detection and driven recording.
