The QPA1725 is a high-power, packaged Ku-band MMIC amplifier manufactured using Qorvo's 0.15um silicon carbon-based gallium nitride process (QGaN15). The QPA1725 targets the 17.3GHz to 21.2GHz Satcom band while delivering 10W linear power with a third-order intermodulation distortion product of 20dBc. In addition, the QPA1725 provides up to 20W output power with a small signal gain of 33dB and a power addition efficiency of 25%.
