The QPA1009D is a broadband power amplifier MMIC manufactured using the 0.15um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15) produced by Qorvo. Covering 10.7-12.7 GHz, the QPA1009D delivers more than 17.5 watts of saturated output power and a large signal gain of 17 dB, while achieving more than 40 percent power added efficiency.

The QPA1006D is suitable for a variety of operating conditions, including CW operating mode. Therefore, the device is well suited for use in commercial and military systems. The device does not contain lead and is RoHS compliant.
