The QPA1006D is a broadband power amplifier MMIC manufactured using the 0.15um GaN on SiC process (QGaN15) produced by Qorvo. Covering 10.7-12.7 GHz, the QPA1006D delivers more than 35 watts of saturated output power and a large signal gain of more than 17 dB, while achieving more than 39 percent power added efficiency.

The QPA1006D supports a variety of operating conditions, including CW operating conditions, making it ideal for commercial and military systems.
