The QPA2811 is an X-band MMIC amplifier manufactured using the 0.15μm silicon carbon-based gallium nitride process (QGaN15). The QPA2811 operates in a frequency range of 8.5GHz to 10.55GHz, with a saturated output power of 48.9dBm, a large signal gain of 27.9dB, and a power addition efficiency of 48.5%.

The QPA2811 amplifier is packaged in a 7mm x 7mm 48-pin plastic wrap. These power amplifiers support a wide range of operating conditions to meet optimal support system requirements. These amplifiers are fully matched to 50 ohms and feature a DC grounded RF port for optimal performance, making them ideal for military radar systems.
