The QPA0023D is a high-performance driver amplifier manufactured using Qorvo's 0.15um pHEMT process (QPHT15). The QPA0023D covers 6GHz - 18GHz and provides 13.5dB small signal gain and 30dBm P1dB with a saturation power of 32dBm.

The device provides a low IMD3 level of −40dBc at Pout = 20dBm/ tone. The QPA0023D can be matched up to 50 ohms and integrates DC blocking capacitors on two I/O ports for easy operation and simplified system integration.
