The QPA0022D is a high-performance driver amplifier manufactured using Qorvo's 0.15um pHEMT process (QPHT15). The QPA0022D covers 6GHz - 18 GHz and provides 24dB small signal gain and 25dBm P1dB with a saturation power of 26dBm.

In addition, the device can provide low IMD3 levels of −50dBc at Pout = 10dBm/ tone. The QPA0022D can be matched up to 50Ω and integrates a DC blocking capacitor on two I/O ports for easy operation and simplified system integration.
