The QPA2640D is a wideband power amplifier manufactured using Qorvo's QGaN15 GaN on SiC process. The QPA2640D operates in a frequency range of 20 to 40 GHz with a saturation power of 8W. The amplifier is ideal for use in communications systems, electronic countermeasures, point-to-point radio and radar applications.
