The STM32U031C6 device embeds high-speed memories (up to 64 Kbytes of flash memory and 12 Kbytes of SRAM with hardware parity) and a variety of enhanced I/Os and peripherals that are connected to APBs and the AHB bus, as well as the 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.
