Product Description:

Microchip's AgileSwitch® phase arm SiC MOSFET power modules use both SiC MOSFETs and SiC diodes, so they combine the benefits of both devices. These power modules are available in an ultra-low inductance SP6LI package with a maximum stray inductance of 3 nH. These SP6LI power modules are available in 1200V and 1700V models with a case temperature (TC) of 80°C. The high power density and compact form factor of the SP6LI package allows for a lower number of modules to be connected in parallel, enabling a complete system and helping designers to further reduce device size.
