Qorvo's CMD317C4 is a wideband GaAs MMIC drive amplifier in a pin-free 4x4 mm table mount package. The CMD317C4 is ideal for military, aerospace and communications systems that require small size and high linearity. At 12 GHz, the device provides 16 dB gain, corresponding to a 1 dB output compression point of +23 dBm and an output IP3 of 35 dBm.

The device has a 50 ohm matching design, no RF port matching is required, and an on-chip biased choke is built in.
