The TQL9093 is a flat gain, high linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier in a 2 x 2 mm compact table mount package. LNA provides gain flatness of 2 dB(peak-to-peak value) over a wide broadband range of 1.5 to 4 GHz. At 2.6 GHz, the amplifier typically provides a 20 dB gain, + 41.5dBm OIP3 at 120 mA offset Settings, and a 0.7 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased with a single positive supply from 3.3 to 5 volts. The device is available in an industry standard 2 x 2 mm package that complies with green /RoHS standards.
