The TLV3801QDSGRQ1 high-speed comparators feature a wide supply range and ultra-high switching frequency of 3 GHz. These features are available in industry-standard small packages, with operating supply voltages ranging from 2.7 V to 4.2 V for a single supply and from 2.7 V to 5.25 V for a split supply, making these devices ideally suited for LIDAR, differential line receiver applications, and test and measurement systems.

The TLV3801QDSGRQ1 has a strong input overdrive performance of 5ps and is capable of detecting narrow pulse widths of only 240ps. With input overdrive for small propagation delay variations and the ability to detect narrow pulses, these devices are ideal for time-of-flight (ToF) applications such as factory automation and drone vision.

The TLV3801QDSGRQ1's low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) outputs help improve data throughput and optimise power consumption. Similarly, the complementary outputs help reduce EMI by suppressing common-mode noise at each output, and the LVDS outputs are designed to drive and directly connect other application downstream devices that accept standard LVDS inputs, such as most FPGAs and CPUs. 

The TLV3801QDSGRQ1 is available in an 8-pin WSON package, making it ideal for space-sensitive automotive applications.
