The LTC6752IUD-3 is a very high-speed comparator that can support a switching rate of up to 280MHz. This comparator features a low propagation delay of 2.9ns and a fast rise/fall time of 1.2ns. The LTC6752IUD-3 device features rail-to-rail input and can operate on 2.45V (up to 3.5V or 5.25V, depending on the option). The output is CMOS type, and the separated power supply option can operate at as low as 1.71V voltage, thus allowing direct connection to 1.8V logic devices.
