The HMC974LC3C is a SiGe single-chip, ultra-high speed window comparator with a level latched output driver and small swing feature. The window comparator is based on the HMC674LC3C single-channel comparator and integrates two such comparators as well as additional output logic. The three output ports detect whether the analog input signal is above or below the two reference levels provided at its input, or lies between them.
