Infineon CoolSiC™ 400V G2 MOSFETs combine high robustness, ultra-low switching losses and on-resistance while reducing system costs. Developed to provide excellent power density and system efficiency in level 2 and 3 hard and soft switching topologies.
Targeted applications are AI server Psus, SMPS, motor control, renewable energy and energy storage, and power conversion in Class D amplifiers.
