The AIMBG75R020M1H is a 750 V, 81A automotive silicon carbide MOSFET discrete device in the TO-263-7 package. The MOSFET is suitable for automotive applications such as on-board chargers/PFCS, auxiliary inverters and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
