The DAC39RFS10ACLNSP device is a radiation-resistant, 30krad, 16-bit, single-channel 10.4GSPS, 12GHz RF ‌ digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The device can be used as a non-interpolated or interpolated DAC for direct RF sampling or complex baseband signal generation.
