The CMD178C3 is a universal double-balanced mixer in a pin-free table mount package for up-conversion and down-conversion applications from 11 GHz to 20 GHz.

The CMD178C3 features an optimized Barron structure with very high isolation performance for both RF and IF ports and can operate at LO drive levels as low as +9 dBm. The device can be easily configured as an image rejection mixer or single sideband modulator with an external mixer and power divider.
