The OPA858QDSGRQ1 is an automotive 5.5GHz gain-bandwidth, uncompensated transresistance amplifier with FET input.

The OPA858 wideband operational amplifier (with CMOS input) is the ideal solution for wideband cross-impedance and voltage amplifier applications. When configured as a transimpedance amplifier (TIA), the device supports applications requiring high closed-loop bandwidth and transimpedance gains in the tens to hundreds of kΩ range.
