OPA891DR - Product Description:

The OPA891DR is an ultra-low voltage noise, high-speed voltage feedback amplifier ideally suited for applications requiring low voltage noise, including communications and imaging. The single-amplifier OPA891 and dual-amplifier OPA2891 provide excellent AC performance with a bandwidth of 140MHz (G = 2), a conversion rate of 105V/µs, and a stabilisation time of 70ns (0.1%). The OPAx891 has stable unity gain and a 180MHz bandwidth. These amplifiers have a high drive capability of 200mA and consume only 7.5mA of supply current per channel.
