The Infineon XENSIVTM TLE4973-A120T5-S0001 is an integrated current rail current sensor in an 8x 8 mm SMD package for optical inspection on the assembly line. The sensor operates at 5 V, has A measuring range of up to 132 A and provides an analog output with an overcurrent detection output. The digital control interface provides temperature readings, safety status readings, read/write programming access to the internal EEPROM, and diagnostic mode control.
