The TPS563231DRLR TPS563231 is an easy to use 3A synchronous buck converter in the SOT563 package. 

The device is optimised to minimise external components required for operation and to achieve low standby current. 

These switched mode power supply (SMPS) devices are controlled in D-CAP3 mode to provide fast transient response and support low equivalent series resistance (ESR) output capacitors such as polymers and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors without the need for external compensation components. 

The TPS563231 is available in a 6-pin 1.6mm × 1.6mm SOT563 (DRL) package and is rated for a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The TPS563231 is available in a 6-pin 1.6mm × 1.6mm SOT563 (DRL) package.
